Last updated September 2026. TransactionX.
TransactionX monitors the email authentication configuration of domains you control. We read public DNS records, receive DMARC aggregate reports that receiving mail servers send to an address you publish, and report what we find.
We do not send, receive, filter or handle your email. We do not modify your DNS. Publishing, changing and removing DNS records is entirely your responsibility, and a change you make can stop the service working without either of us being notified.
Monitoring is not a guarantee against impersonation, fraud or email loss. Moving your domain to an enforcing DMARC policy can cause legitimate mail to be rejected if a sending service is not correctly authenticated. You decide when to make that change.
You may only add domains you control. Report data becomes available only after a unique reporting address we issue appears in that domain's live DMARC record, which demonstrates control of the zone. You must not attempt to obtain data about a domain you do not control.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current period. We do not refund part-periods.
If payment fails we retry over roughly three weeks. During that time monitoring continues. If payment is still not collected we suspend the service: we continue to receive and store your report data for sixty days, and we continue to send critical alerts, but routine monitoring and reports stop. We will tell you when this happens.
When your account closes we stop collecting data and you have thirty days to export it. Your DMARC record will still contain our reporting address. You are responsible for removing it. Leaving it in place means report data continues to be sent to an address that is no longer monitored.
We aim for continuous operation but do not offer a service level guarantee. DMARC reports are generated daily by third-party mail providers on their own schedules; delays and gaps in their reporting are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or email that fails to deliver following a policy change you chose to make.
We may update these terms and will give notice by email at least thirty days before material changes take effect.
